My wife and I were looking for an affordable apartment unfortunately we didnât qualify without a third person. However, the manager, I think her name was Jasmine? She was very helpful through out the entire process and very friendly from the beginning! I appreciated all of her help in the process!

I walked in looking for information on a unit and the manager (i think her name was Jasmine or Jacqueline) anyways she was so kind and informative. She answered all of my questions, explained everything and made me feel really comfortable the whole time! Itâs nice walking into an office and being greeted by someone so friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great first impression.

Valle Verde is such a great place to live. Management is extremely professional and responsive to all tenant inquiries. Manager is very knowledgeable about property management and truly cares for her residents. Maintenance tech is great. He knows what heâs doing and truly cares about the property.

Wish I could give zero stars, management definitely needs better training on being professional and sober. Don't expect things to get done unless your buddy buddy with her. They need someone professional to run the place.
